Compaq（康柏）於 2000年 3月推出型號 iPAQ H3630 掌上電腦 （Palm-size PC，Hand-held PC），擁有 3.0 × 2.3 英寸（3.8英寸）4096 彩色顯示，其分辨率為 320 × 240 像素 TFT Active LCD 屏幕的掌上電腦，H3630 使用 Pocket PC 2000 操作系統，採用 Intel StrongARM SA-1110 32-bit 206-MHz RISC Processor 處理器，內存 16MB ROM 和 32MB RAM，支持 PC Sync，銀色的外殼，還有觸控筆插在機殼內，方便隨時使用。
