雖然發現網上很多人使用 PIC24F64GA002 MCU 作 DIY,但筆者選擇了 Microchip(微芯)PIC24FJ64GA008,主要是手上已經有這枚 MCU,它是 PIC24FJ64GA010 系列中的其中一款 MCU,CPU 模組採用 16 位元(16-bit Microcontroller)資料改進型哈佛架構,支援增強的指令集,指令字長 24 位元,帶有變數長度操作碼欄位。程式計數器(PC)為 23 位寬(23-bit),TQFP 80-Pin 封裝,程式存儲器是 64KB(64 KB Flash Memory),SRAM 8KB(8 KB RAM)。
