測試 Debian 8.1 Linux 系統的網絡功能設置：

完成安裝 Debian 8.1 後，第一件事是檢查設置和測試網絡（Network）功能，因為在安裝 Debian 7.1 後，都不能夠成功安裝網絡驅動和程式，可能筆者的水平問題！如果沒有試網絡功能，基本上就是沒有去路，所以首先要測試網絡功能。

步驟 1：檢查網絡設置
