台灣手信坊原味鳳梨酥(Pineapple Cake):
筆者收到朋友送的台灣手信,一盒手信坊的原味鳳梨酥(Orginal Pineapple Cake),原來手信坊的原味鳳梨酥是榮獲 2011台北鳳梨酥文化節金牌獎,外皮獨家比例配方,香濃酥且不膩口,內餡更是精心研發,鳳梨果肉與傳統鳳梨酥內餡所調和出黃金比例配方,層次豐富,多纖口感,還有台灣總統的簽名(當然是印刷品)。

現在看見台灣的食品包裝真是越來越美觀,盒子和顏色圖案設計,都令到買家心動,而打開盒蓋,十個鳳梨酥整齊的放在盒內,鳳梨酥尺寸約為 46mm
× 46mm × 38 mm,重量約 50g,看到鳳梨酥的獨立小包裝,感覺鳳梨酥很飽滿的呈現在你的眼前,將包裝打開,四四方方淡黃色的鳳梨酥,有少許的鳳梨香味散發出來,再用刀切開,鳳梨酥的深色的內餡均勻分報在中央,也散發濃郁的香味,忍不住食一口,感覺外皮酥軟,而內餡有鳳梨果肉和香味,整個鳳梨酥的甜味是剛剛好,不會太甜還帶少許酸味,口感層次豐富,食完有再想食的念頭,都是少食多滋味!
