筆者第一部無線寬頻路由器（Wireless Router）是在灣仔電腦城購買的，時間是 2003年 5月，這是一台 4-Port 無線寬頻路由器，品牌是台灣 Sercomm（中磊）IP717E 型號，802.11b（11Mbps）制式，當時的價格是港幣 $780元，已經是有折扣，現在這台無線寬頻路由器還可以用，筆者當做後備使用，無線寬頻路由器體積尺寸祇是 184mm × 152mm × 52mm。
